It is permissible to substitute the total aluminum content (Alt) for the acid-soluble aluminum content (Als) requirement, provided that the total aluminum content shall not be less than 0.02%. When V, Nb, or Ti is added individually in an amount not less than 0.015%, the minimum aluminum content requirement does not apply.When V, Nb, and Ti are added in combination, the total content (V+Nb+Ti) shall not exceed 0.15% for grades Q235GJ and Q345GJ, and shall not exceed 0.22% for grades Q390GJ, Q420GJ, and Q460GJ.For steel plates with through-thickness properties, the phosphorus (P) content shall not exceed 0.020%.For steel plates with through-thickness properties:
For Z15 grade, the sulfur (S) content shall be ≤ 0.010%;
For Z25 grade, the sulfur (S) content shall be ≤ 0.007%;
